There’s a gain pot plus a pad and phantom power switches. The approx. gain range is 28db to 50db although this could be adjusted by changing a couple of resistors if needed. The output is unbalanced & polarity reversed (you can simply swap hot & cold over at the input for absolute polarity if needed).
