It's fully working order and front screen and back are no major scratch / crack. I haven't used it for a while, so I'm not 100% sure, but battery life would not be as good as new, so you would need to charge every day even for normal use. I think it's ideal for playing music for pod speakers rather than mobile phone. It includes the original box, but charger / cables are not included.
