An official controller is included which may be white, red or blue, if you have a preference let me know, and I will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee. No power cable or HDMI lead is included, just the console and controller. Will have had issues like faulty HDMI port, IC re-timer, no power or Faulty hard drive. All issue have been fixed.
