This original prototype Quarterback Club Wilson foam mini football is from the collection of a long retired Domino's Pizza Corporation marketing executive. This is a unique football. The production ones were used in 1991 in Hawaii during the Domino's Pizza Quarterback Challenge and were intended to be signed by the legendary NFL quarterbacks.
