Ceramic hat pin holder with 5 hat pins. Ceramic holder has crazing and six of the pin holes are blocked. Pretty leaf and berry detailing pattern in blue colour, with a flower band to top edge and midway of the pin holder. No makers mark. Chip to edge of a pin hole and chip to edge of base see photos.
