Fotodiox Pro adapter: Pentax 645 (A/FA) lens mount to GFX body. Unused condition and fully functioning. Purchased to use for digitising negatives using GFX camera and Pentax-FA 645 120mm f4, but decided to use a Sony camera for this purpose as the GFX/Pentax combo is too heavy for my copy stand. This adapter has an aperture control lever to allow changing of aperture on FA lenses without an aperture ring. Removable tripod foot included.
