I had to use a simcard adapter (included) in order to get it to accept my sim - Aside from that it's always worked flawlessly. No rubber cover for the rear but will throw in the adapters I used to hook it up to an external antenna. 3 Branded but as you can see by the photo of the box this is in fact unlocked.
