Both AirPods work perfectly fine, but are both USED and NOT refurbished. The AirPods have been thoroughly cleaned however you may want to further clean/ disinfect them if you want them to be like new, as they are in great condition. The AirPods Pro 4th generation will come with its box, but no cable. (Box is also ripped on one side) The AirPods 3rd generation will come without a box.
