All merchandise leaves our warehouse properly packaged and in perfect condition. Merchandise received is assumed delivered and no shortage claims will be considered unless noted on delivery ticket at time of delivery. Upon your receiving, please inspect your package immediately in the presence of the delivery person. All damage claims must be made with the freight carrier, Top Speed is NOT liable for any damage incurred in transit. We will be glad to help with any claims process. All returns must be filed through Ebay within 14 days with RMA numbers written on the package, no exceptions will be made. The RMA numbers need to be written on the return package.
