Powers up when plugged in but battery does not take charge and dies when unplugged. Charger is NOT included. No further testing has been done. Most likely locked to old orange network. In very good condition for its age. It does have some marks and scratches but is a good example, please see photos. I will send asap, sent via simple delivery so service speed is up to you.
