This is my Leon Ballard of Ballard Banjers hand made 5 string open back banjo, supplied in a fitted case. It was built in 2020 and I purchased it new. It has been played almost daily hence the patina on the brass fittings. It has an 11” pot made from blocked ash I believe and comes with an ebony fingerboard with scoop and maple neck. I understand the neck is carbon fibre reinforced. Pick this up for a huge saving on new and including a case. A great sounding banjo ideal for old timey music
