This is a working Sharp PC-1402 pocket computer/calculator. It is cosmetically fair and comes with it's hard slide on cover as shown. Both calculator and cover show marks commensurate with age and use. One of the screws that hold the back on is not original. A previous owner (it was like this when I bought it) had obviously dropped and lost an original screw when changing the batteries and replaced it with a slightly too long screw that has had a small nut used as a packing washer. If you have a correct screw then it would just need swapping over. The incorrect screw and nut as a washer are shown in a photo. I have never tried it as a computer, I bought it to use as a novel calculator which it did admirably. Thanks for looking.
