This is brand new and unused, purchased just two days ago. If you’re looking for one, you know what it does and that it works with a huge range of memory chips for computers and automotive uses. I just bought one for myself as my old CH341a couldn’t read or write a Winbond W25R256JW 32MB BIOS chip on a newer Ryzen 5 Asus laptop motherboard.
