This is a 800 silver Italian box hand engraved with a wonderfully detailed image of the Santuario della Madonna d'Appari a shrine in Italy. Lined in Blue Velvet. Total weight 185 grams. See images with ruler for scale. Please view all photos with care. Measurements 5." wide x 4.1/8" deep x 1.9/16" high. Cast lion paw feet. No dents some areas of tarnish and areas of silver polish on the blue grosgrain lined bottom of box. Marked "800" on inside bottom front lip of box for silver purity and a star assay mark.
