This will expose the numbers sticky side. (DONT LET THE WIND BLOW IT AROUND OR LET IT STICK TO IT'S SELF). The decals go on the outside of any SMOOTH, clean, outer boat or jet ski surface. Spray enough soap and water mixture to the exposed sticky side of the decal and the area you want to stick it.
