Very good condition please note slight scratching to the stainless steel logo facing on the case. Handle and ophthalmoscope head not included. The 3.5v LED bulbs are actually brighter than the Heine original; I cannot speak of bulb longevity or battery consumption simply because I cannot test them in a proper working environment, big initial impressions are very good. 3 size of specula to fit master cone are included.
