1. Allow 60g of Basmati rice per person. 2. Rinse rice thoroughly with cold water before cooking. 3. Place the rice into a large pan with double quantity of water, bring to the boil. 4. Boil for 5 minutes, reduce the heat to low and simmer for approximately 15 minutes or until tender. 5. Drain off any excess water and before serving, fluff with fork.
