We enjoyed the chew and mouthfeel, the balance of flavours, contrast of texture and well-judged level of sweetness. A satisfying, lingering mouthful! A well-composed little cereal bar with a wide range of fruit, seed and grain flavours and a great balance of sweetness, acidity, and nuttiness. Almost creamy on the palate despite the pleasing variety of textures. It holds together well, too, yet is not overly syrupy. Clean finish, and undoubtedly moreish. A well achieved energy bar, something of a rarity.
