Aromas of plum compote and red fruit blend in this full-bodied, delicately sweet product with a scent of honey and vanilla. Great for refining a variety of dishes, from sweet to savoury. The ingredients are must from late harvested and dried grapes, ripened wine vinegar. The maturation takes about 12 years in barrique barrels, enriched and refined with already matured balsamic vinegar from centuries-old wooden barrels. Ideal for grilled meats, creamy risotti, stuffed pasta, fruit and desserts.
