This is a Panasonic VHS/DVD Recorder Combi. Model number DMR-EZ49V cost nearly £600 when my parents bought it, hardly used so in excellent condition and perfect working order. The item has been cleaned and fully tested on vhs dvd and digital tv as you can see from the pictures.
