Unique old carved wood circle with “Happy Fathers Day!” Carved into it. Thick slab of black walnut wood with thick bark around the edges. One of a kind Father’s Day gift! I’m guessing this was maybe a Boy Scout wood project. It looks pretty old. Maybe you made something similar years ago. About 6 1/2 inches in diameter and 1 inch Thick.
