Bought as needing to be repaired (stuck in reverse), tried to fix it but it's all hydraulics and don't have experience. Engine starts when sweeper lifter by forklift but the wheels spins constantly back. Must be easy fix for someone who knows what they are doing. Got another one for parts or also potential project (sold separately).
