This vest was created by a fiber artist in the late 1980's. The business was called "Graphic Images of Vermont". She designed and painted the dragons with metallic permanent paints. There is also a small painting on the back. The fabric is a bit stiff but there is no damage to the artwork. See photos for the 2 stains on the lining and for the measurements. Great for a medieval costume!
