This is a Carl Zeiss Jena 75-300mm f/4.5-5.6 MC Macro Jenazoom Series II lens made in Japan for Carl Zeiss Jena, probably in the 1980s. The lens has a Praktica B mount. The case is in excellent condition with just a couple of very minor marks on the rear.
