The silversmith was Israel Eseevich Zakhoder (initials IEZ in cyrillic) and the assayer was Anatoly Apollonovich Artsybashev. It weighs 2.05 troy ounces (65.7 grams). Very good condition. Does have what looks like seams on each side of the cup which makes the cup out of round.
