This is a vintage 3 gallon short-neck glass carboy from the 1960s. The side of the glass is marked Pyrex, along with RECUS – Patent Office – Made in USA. It includes the original rubber stopper with two openings. My father used it for making home wine, and it remains a very versatile piece that can be used for chemistry, laboratory projects, or general storage. The glass has excellent clarity and is in very good vintage condition. There is one small chip on the top rim that is barely noticeable and does not affect use.
