Note: Please use fine coffee ground with blend of 20% chicory for better result. finer coffee ground results in delay dripping , ideal for 8-12 cup of coffee. METHOD OF BREWING: Give it a quick wipe from normal water and then fill up the top chamber with the coffee ground. A coffee chicory ground would be more suitable. The grind preferable be like fine sugar or as per your choice. More Finer ground will take more time to brew. Slide the tamper/plunger(come with package) into the top chamber and gently tamp them. The plunger which separates the coffee ground from water does essentially one very good thing. It separates the coffee and water. Coffee has a tendency to oxidize very quickly in contact with air. This imparts a kind of sourness to the coffee.
