Hi, I bought these as a gift for my wife who has given me exact specifics of the headphones she was desperate for and I managed to buy the wrong ones. So I’m in her bad books! They are literally brand new, we opened the box to have a look and I’ve now got her the pair she wished for. So they are brand new not the faintest of a mark on them.
