There is a very slight dent to the top of the lid, felt rather than seen. The two sides are perfectly aligned when closed. The clasp and release button work well. It closes with a satisfying snap. The coin holder and spring are in excellent like new condition Small blank central cartouche Hallmarked on the inside of the lid, on the coin holder and on the chatelaine loop.
