Vintage Jar by Wheaton, Clear 4.5" Fruit Embossed with Wire Bail Handle, No Lid
It is embossed on the bottom "Wheaton, 1, USA". It is missing the lid and gasket. I believe it was produced in the 1970s and would serve as a charming country kitchen flower vase.
