This modulator has been plugged in tested and is working. Please refer the photos to see the green light indicating that connections are made in signal is converting then the red light signaling the power is on, but the cords are unplugged. This device comes with the RCA cables, coax cables, and to TV cord. Please refer to photos for an accurate representation of this device. It is used and shows some light signs of use. FRSTM
