Vintage Hoover floor polisher 1960s blue Model 5134 in good working order and used condition , does have marks , scratches , dirt , etc as it is possibly over 60 years old outer cable casing / insulation has a split doesnt exposed inner cable wires ( see photos ) hand pole may be taken apart to reduce the size for postage . see all photos closley and carefully for condition, part number , information ,etc photos are part of the description any questions please ask collection is welcome if you wish
