Vintage Fisherman's Pinchers Catfish Pliers Fish Skinner Tool
This is for a stainless steel Fisherman's Pinchers. This plier like tool is used to strip scales and sides off of fish. This has been in storage for quite a few years and needs a good cleaning but appears to be tight and sharp.
