Pat dry with water. Now apply LIP-INK® Brilliant Tinted Shine™ Lip Plumper just by itself, or in layers. Finish with a final layer of LIP-INK® Brilliant Tinted Shine™ Lip Plumper or you can apply your LIP-INK® Brilliant Tinted Shine™ Lip Plumper on top of other LIP-INK® Color products.
