Titanium caliper piston. Titanium Nitride coated. Part: 45107-MN5-006. As you can see from the photos the Titanium piston is20gm lighter than the original part. Titanium has an excellent property in that it's a poor conductor of heat, so it'll keep heat away from the brake fluid.
