Just like the diode laser air assists that I make this also features a precision brass 1mm nozzle and is precisely aligned to fit the focal point of 50.8mm. The finer nozzle also generates a much more powerful air jet even from a relatively low flow rate air pump which gives greatly improved clean cutting performance on the K40 and other Co2 laser machines.
