On the TNE-65 and TNE-75 the tube is locked in a horizontal axis and can only be rotated, not tilted up at an angle. The TNE-65 and TNE-75 would not be able to notch this particular angle. Other notchers in this range are our Stronghand ATN100M and the Tubela Pirahna models.
