This is a used item and used condition looks to be in good shape. This goes on the outside of the comforter as the pillowcase hole is in the center of the pillowcase, which usually means it is a sham for the decorative side. It can be used as a normal pillowcase as is made out of the same material. I am not a retail of these items.
