This is the set of MJ's "Jordan Tribute Series III: MJ Reflection" cards from 1998. This is a sort after set from the 90's and this set is factory sealed (new) which makes it much rarer! It's not easy to find this set in factory sealed condition, so make sure to grab it for your MJ collection now!
