Antique IDEAL Cast Iron Stove Ash Pan Cover, Fender Victorian Era Grate 20" x 7"

I believe this is an Ash Pan Cover or Fender for an old stove or small fireplace but I am not an expert in this field. Marked 20 on the back and IDEAL which must be the maker. Decorative window type pattern with leaves on the top and scallop pattern below on this Cast Iron.
