PARTS/REPAIR Appareo Stratus 2 Portable ADS-B Receiver w/ New Battery
Unit does not turn on, even with a new battery. We just get a flashing red light. This item has either been tested defective, as detailed below, or has obvious defects as seen in the photos. It probably has other problems we don't know about.
