New old stock. This manufacturer did not seal the compacts in this line. The compact was inspected prior to listing to ensure it is in new, unused condition. The applicator wand included in the package deteriorated over time and was removed prior to shipment. The wand left yellow marks on the paper and may have left some debris in the compact tray.
