Complete set. The plate holders are for glass plates, not film. There are film sheaths available (but hard to find) that when inserted in the plate holder allow the use of 6.5x9cm sheet film. I have made a test shot with Arista film using a piece of stiff paper instead of a film sheet - the results are reasonable albeit although not as good as one would get with a proper film sheath.
