This Panasonic MC-E451 upright vacuum cleaner has been tested in so far as it switches on and picks up dirt. It has several marks and scratches on different places - please see photos. And the hose has been fixed with some black tape (problem unknown - please see photos). With a powerful 700W motor and bagged design, the vacuum cleaner also features edge cleaning and an extension wand, making it easy to clean hard-to-reach areas. It comes with an attachable pipe and brush. It is corded and operates on 230V voltage.
