This cup weighs 40 grams and has three six-pointed stars and simple surrounding decorations somewhat crudely engraved. I believe this is a “homemade” Kiddush cup. There is fairly uniform tarnish and a couple dents on the upper part. The base is uneven and wobbles a bit. See photos for condition and marks.
