You are looking at a unique, older Shure Brothers PE56 model dynamic cardioid microphone from the 1960's or 70's which was the first generation PE56. This obscure mic is really nothing more than a quality Shure 565 model mic but the 565 was set at Low impedance as where the PE56 is set at High impedance.
