It was originally an electric tricycle, however the battery is not included. The tricycle (in the photo) is a good condition item, which to my understanding needs air in the tyres, maybe needs inner tubes, unsure really, 2 tyres seem to be ok, with air still in semi inflated from a year or so ago, one is totally flat.
