It’s got a rechargeable battery so you can take it on the go and you don’t need a computer with you. Scans up to 400 pages from one charge according to Doxie’s instructions. It’s single sided scanning so you need to reinsert the sheet to do the second side. The software it comes with allows you to save multiple scanned items as a single document. You can choose 2 scan qualities. This version must be linked to your computer by a cable to upload the scans. I needed the wireless version and was unable to return this hence I’m selling it.
