The watch is brand new watch. I received it from Apple as a free replacement under AppleCare+ due to worn out battery in my previous watch. I activated this watch only to check that it is working fine. This watch comes with a nearly new Graphite/Black Milanese loop in its original packing, new charging cable and Apple Watch box of original watch. This watch is on monthly rolling AppleCare+ plan which is valid till 03/08/25.
