A slipped mirror: this is a common problem on RX bodies (picture 8) - due to age the glue holding the SLR mirror has deteriorated, leading it to slip down from its position. I fixed this by sticking a piece of clear tape between the mirror and the top of the housing - issue has been fixed, no impact on photos.
